Kappa LN

The Kappa LN filter systems are characterised by their compact, modular design. They can be equipped with different filter elements.

Emissions are filtered step by step and highly effectively down to the finest fractions. High-quality adsorbent separators can also be used to filter gaseous emissions and odours. The cleaned air is either returned to the working area or discharged to the outside via an exhaust duct.

Due to special high-performance turbines, the devices can be arranged locally or centrally. The Kappa LN filter units generate a particularly high vacuum. Therefore, they are particularly suitable for the use with small collection elements that are already existent or with long extraction lines.

The series covers applications from 200m³/h to 800m³/h air performance.

Kappa BF

The Kappa BF filter systems are characterised by their compact, modular design.
They can be equipped with different filter elements.

The products of the BF-series are basic models, which include all essential functions of an extraction and filter system and are characterised by an excellent price-performance ratio. The models are available with different motors and filter equipment.

Depending on the version, the polluted air flows into the filter from the side or from above. The installed filter stages are adapted to the respective application. The intelligent module design enables to equip the system with different filter modules – even subsequently. The emissions are filtered step by step and high effectively down to the finest fractions. High-quality absorbent separators can also be used to filter gaseous emissions and odours.

Kappa FP

Depending on their type, Kappa FP filter systems are equipped with one or more cleanable filter elements.

They can be cleaned manually or with compressed air. The system is particularly suitable for applications in which large quantities of dry dust need to be suctioned.

Compared to systems with saturation filters, very long filter service lives are achieved. The application of a separating layer on the filter surfaces („precoating“) also enables the filtration of sticky and moist dusts.

The Kappa FP series is equipped with filter elements that allow filtered dust to be removed from the filter surfaces with compressed air injection. The dust produced is disposed via removable dust collection containers. If required, a dust bag can be inserted for low-contamination dust removal.

Due to the use of special high-performance fans and turbines, the plants have a high effective air volume flow. This makes it possible to use them for several workplaces. Depending on the application, the plant can also be equipped with particle or activated carbon/BAC filters.

Kappa MobilePro

The Kappa MobilePro is a mobile welding fume filter unit for professional welders,
who need a flexible suction arm.

It is up to 3 meters long and can be swivelled 360 degrees. The suction arms Kappa KUA or Kappa EA can be mounted optionally. The Kappa MobilePro was especially developed for the removal of welding fumes in confined spaces and locations that are hardly accessible for stationary welding fume extraction systems – these are usually remote corners of the factory and the centre of a workshop.

The stable filter unit has an ergonomically shaped handrail and four wheels. Two of them are equipped with steerable wheels for better mobility. The Kappa MobilePro is suitable for many welding applications: MIG, MAG, TIG, GMAW, FCAW and rod electrode welding.

Construction:

The Kappa MobilePro has an integrated fan in a sound insulation box. The innovative airflow optimally insulates the mechanical and airflow-related noises. The integrated filter element is cleaned efficiently and gently automatically by the means of a compressed air impulse.
The cleaned dust is collected in the extendable and locked dust drawer.

Kappa MobilGo

The Kappa MobilGo is a mobile welding fume filter unit for occasional welding and WIG welding.

The Kappa MobilGo is a mobile filter unit with integrated fan and a Kappa suction arm (up to 3 meters long, 360 degrees swivel). The suction arms Kappa KUA or Kappa EA can be mounted optionally. The unit includes a disposable filter package. Thanks to the four transportation wheels (two of them are steerable with brakes), the Kappa MobileGo is ideal for the use in relatively small workshops or where there is no fixed location for sources of contamination.

Kappa MonoGo und DualGo

The MonoGo and DualGo are stationary welding fume filter units for occasional welding and WIG welding.

The Kappa MonoGo and DualGo are stationary filter units with an integrated fan and one or two Kappa suction arms (up to 4 meters long, 360 degrees swivelling). The suction arms Kappa KUA or Kappa EA can be mounted optionally. The unit includes a disposable filter package.
