Due to its robust and extremely reliable construction, the Kappa Plenon® is especially designed for applications with high dust loads consisting of coarse dust and fine dust. The Kappa Plenon® bag filter is made of moulded structural panels, which are characterized by a significantly increased vacuum resistance and optimum stability of value. The design and development of the Kappa Plenon® is based on our objective to combine best air quality with highest possible energy efficiency. filtration performance:

The Kappa Plenon® effectively filters dust up to a size of 50µm even before it reaches the filter elements. The remaining emission load is effectively filtered in the Kappa Mykro+ filter elements with special incorporated ultra-fine fibres. The Kappa low-pressure pulse cleaning technology ensures constant dedusting of the separated dusts. The dust cake is separated from the filter surface by highly efficient low-pressure impulses.

Maximum
comfort:

All maintenance areas are optimally accessible. The filter head can be accessed via a ladder attached to the filter with back protection or a stair tower. On the filter head, both the clean gas area and the cleaning valves with the compressed air tanks are equipped with generous maintenance doors. This ensures good access and effective sound insulation. For safety reasons, the entire area is equipped with a stable, standardized railing around the filter head. As an option, a penthouse can be attached to the filter head for weather-protected maintenance. The dust hoppers and troughs have maintenance ports, which make the dust discharge devices easily accessible.

High
flexibility:

Thanks to its intelligent, modular design, Kappa Plenon® can be flexibly adapted to plant-specific conditions. The system can be designed as a Single Line (single row) or Double Line (double row) to efficiently and economically dedust from volume flows of up to one million cubic meters per hour. All common systems are suitable for discharging the separated dust: hopper with rotary valve, trough with discharge screw, trough chain conveyor or a pneumatic discharge system.
